Typical Week at SmokeFree:

Note: The program typically runs from Sunday to Friday, with graduation on Friday evening. There are at least two hour sessions daily as well as some individual counseling offered.

    Evening of Day 1 ~ Orientation

  • Overview of course

  • Discussion of the motivation for becoming free
  • Discussion of self-image
  • Discussion of fear of success
  • Discussion of possibility, probability and positive thinking
  • Check list for celebration of Smoke Free morning.
  • Breathing and relaxation exercises

    Day 2 ~ morning

  • Emphasis on benefits of being free of smoking
